UTHSC Online Application For Enrollment

WELCOME!

Welcome to the Online Application Form for enrollment in the University of Tennessee Health Science Center's (UTHSC), Tennessee Institute for Pre-Professionals (TIP) program.

Completion of this form is required to apply for enrollment in one of the summer programs offered by TIP at UTHSC.To learn more about the programs offered by TIP, visit here: TIP OVERVIEW . This online form will take some time to complete. You may return to this online form as often as you wish to enter information; however, once the form is submitted, the TIP Program coordinator (contact information at the bottom of the page) is the only person who can authorize changes.

You may begin by selecting the program in TIP you are interested in, you will be forwarde to the University of Tennessee Health Science (UTHSC) Online Application for Enrollment (OAE). Once you get to the OAE page that follows (for TIP I, II candidates) simply navigate to the section labeled "GRADUATE HEALTH SCIENCES" and select "Tennessee Institute for Pre-Professionals" from the drop down menu in the middle of the page ad click on "SUBMIT". Once you have done this you will be forwarded to the page that starts the actual application. Here you will be asked for some basic information to set up your application account, after finishing this page you will be sent back to the original Online Application Page and asked to log in with your new Applican ID and Password.
