People Search
People Search uses data derived from SAP/IRIS and the Office of Enrollment Services Database. Faculty or staff errors must be corrected using a Personnell Information Form (PIF). PIFs must be filled out by departmental business managers. Student errors must be fixed though the Student Information System or the Office of Enrollment Services. Enter search separated by spaces:

IRIS employee data fields that are searchable:
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Preferred name (nickname)
  • Net ID
  • Personnel area
  • Employee group
  • Primary cost center
  • Position title
  • Office city, st, zip
  • Office phone
 UTHSC student data fields that are searchable:
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Net ID
  • College
  • Program
  • Department
  • for students only, use keyword HSCSTUDENT
Lichterman Award
Between July 1st and August 15th UTHSC People Search can be used to nominate UTHSC employees for the Lichterman Award. Anonymous or self-nominations are not acceptable. Previous winners are also ineligible. There is no limit to the number of years that an individual can be nominated. Nominations will be accepted until August 15th.

To submit a nomination, enter the name of the person that you wish to nominate in the search box above. A return search will display all persons with the name that you entered. Click on the appropriate person's name. The next screen will provide detailed information on your proposed nominee. Click at the bottom of this page to proceed on the nomination. Next you will be asked to enter your NetID and NetID password. Next you will press the "Submit Nomination" button. The next screen confirms your nomination.
